Yes, we recommend you to install new locks if your house keys get lost or stolen. You never know whi might have them. If copies were taken and you cannot risk your house being burgled by someone with a key.

Yes, we believe changing locks should be a priority when you move into a new home – especially if it is a rental. You can’t know how many copies of the keys exist or who has possession of these keys. Also if you were burgled by someone with keys it may limit your ability to claim on your insurance.
